Structural & Basement Water Ingress Inspection

Independent chartered building surveyors have conducted an on-site survey of the basement car park, water management systems, and plant rooms. A copy of the executive findings is available in the documents portal.

The entrance roller shutter gate has been serviced. If your key fob experiences intermittent range issues, please contact the site team to test the transmitter frequency.

Guidelines for all residents & guests

🗑️ Waste & Recycling

Bin stores are located in the designated ground floor / basement area. Please flatten all cardboard boxes. Food waste and general waste must be securely bagged before being placed in the commercial Eurobins.

🚗 Parking & EV Charging

Please only park within your numbered allocated bay. Visitor spaces are strictly time-limited and require a display permit. Do not block the access ramps or turning areas. EV bays must be vacated once charging is completed.

🤫 Noise & Balconies

Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Items must not be shaken or hung over balconies. Open flame barbecues are strictly prohibited on all balconies under the building fire insurance.

🏖️ Holiday Letting & Guest Etiquette

If your apartment is operated for short-term holiday guests, operators must provide visitors with the Welcome Pack, enforce respectful conduct, and ensure keys/lockboxes do not obstruct communal fixtures.
